'Hunting' on idle???

No further on at the mo unfortunately, was driving me crackers while I was shooting the other day but not had chance to be honest. I have sourced 1 maybe 2 pumps and sets of injectors from known good runners but not got round to getting them gathered up yet. Il prob start with the injectors cos it's easier, even tho I think the pump has a fault. I just find it odd how I need to press the pedal so far to get any power in comparison to all the other 300's I've driven but the cable and all linkages are tight enough and it does pick up revs with the slightest movement of the arm when free running and there's plenty of power when I get it but it just drives different

Just saw this when I was looking for something else. Checked the turbo hoses? I had a squidgy bottom hose and air was blowing past the jubilee clip. Caused the symptoms you’re describing.
