HT leads & plugs for 4.2

Picking up my LSE 4.2 Thursday and i need to get some new HT leads and possibly plugs for it...
Trouble is I can only find them for the 3.9L block, would they be the same?

Doubtless members will praise the likes of NGK, Bosch etc. but I've always used the original spec. Champions & never had a problem.
Might be a different story if running LPG

Lovely, ta.
Ordered OEM plugs, leads and a new dizzy cap.
First job is a service then it's onto the swivels.
