He's well past psychiatric help mate.Hope you get better soon, a trauma like that need real psychiatric help, ppl just don't understand they think, just a paper cut, but that's real deep long-lasting pain, takes time to get over something like that
Aaah bless youGot a hoor of a paper cut last week, feeling a bit better now though.
Maybe get together and have one at the same time and see who cries the loudestHow long have I got? Until I have my 7th heart attack...... the gift that just keeps giving.
I recently found out I have cancer. Other than that, I'm cruising.
Yeah. The treatment sounds like it is gonna be rough. Teeth removed, a couple of months of radiation and chemotherapy and a stomach tube so I can get some nutrition when my throat is out of order.
For me I’m literally on my last legs. At 51, I’m expected to get both knee replacement surgeries this January. 24 years in the military really messed my body up.Just a joke.... most of us are on our last legs
Thanks for the support. As others have said, you'll be fine, a bit different perhaps but if your still vertical it's a winner.
Last xmas I was told I had cancer of the windpipe, having a final scan this xmas eve. The radiation treatment is a bummer in your area, affects your ability to swallow and all sorts of other little niggling side effects, but it does get better. I had to be REALLY careful with this covid rubbish as my windpipe was blocked by 80%, after a rush op to get most out, I then had surgery which fortunately for me didn't have to go too far down my breast bone.
Bottom line..............it's been a bad year for me, but in the last month I have started to almost feel normal. You will as well...............best of luck with it.
I think my knees are the only part still working. After being blown up* twice, and shot once, I reckon I'm doing ok , if any part still worksFor me I’m literally on my last legs. I slept through a full-blown riot in Belfast... in the morning when I went out, it looked like a bomb went off in the streetI think my knees are the only part still working. After being blown up* twice, and shot once, I reckon I'm doing ok , if any part still works View attachment 253044
*not literally, that would make it really hard to type. Too close to exploding IEDs to walk out is also not as impressive when typed
Not the blow job you were expecting,I slept through a full-blown riot in Belfast... in the morning when I went out, it looked like a bomb went off in the street
Ahhhh those were the days. When at Longmoor we used to have full scale training, CQB , etc going off and I could sleep through them. I certainly wasn't asleep through the incidents mentioned above. Now an owl just needs to hoot and I'm awakeI slept through a full-blown riot in Belfast... in the morning when I went out, it looked like a bomb went off in the street
Speak for yourself old man. I am in my prime, as long as you don't ask me to stand up, or sit down, or love quickly, of just exist. Otherwise I am basically an athlete. How's your Heart.... and other ailments
Just a joke.... most of us are on our last legs
We are all like that, it is what binds us together! The older I get, the better I was.
Me too after 25 years. Im fooked. For me I’m literally on my last legs. At 51, I’m expected to get both knee replacement surgeries this January. 24 years in the military really messed my body up.

In all but one respect, as my Rangie ages it's losing weight (dropping off in brown flakes), but I'm going the other way! (Thankfully no brown flakes yet)I think we are all slowly turning into Range Rovers.....
