Impractical is the fun bit! Here's one of my vws (a caddy pickup) nothing can actually be put in the back now as it can cause arch catching :D

That looks cool as fudge, low early bays rule, its on my list of 'to do' vehicles, having a break from dubs at present but definitley will be doing one again one time, you can see its been tubbed, thats a propa' job that is...

Loving the Caddy as well, is that a rabbit front grill/lights?

and the point of making them undrivable on our roads is???

I guess its the same reason as fitting 37" tyres and a 5" lift, it looks cool as ****, you don't need to do it, it kills the driveability but you dont care because its the way you want it and thats all that matters!

100%, the lower the better personally, its all about the looks and low looks best especially on VW's...

These are a few of the ones I have done or been involved with:

My T25, these are the hardest to lower, its not that low looking but next to a standard one its about a 3" drop:

This is what happens when you are given a car for free, I got a set of coilovers and then modified them purely for the lowest possible stance, it gave 25mm of clearance room at the start of the sills

An old ratty T25 pickup we got ahold of:

And finally my mates split which is all adjustable but lives on the deck:

Yeah it's a rabbit front, I just need a front bumper now but the shipping costs are rediculous. The westmoreland plant in America did a sportruck (gti ) edition of the caddy so I thought I'd try and recreate one only with a dirty diesel :D
