When I replaced the turbo I set the actuator too high and the turbo just span up without opening the wastegate. So I turned it down but only guessed it. I'm gonna check the boost with a gauge.

Hi Jon, with the size of tyre you are running your speedo will be reading 9.3% too slow ie when your speedo reads 60 you'll actually be doing 65.6mph (this has NOTHING to do with speedo general accuracy - it just shows the change in gearing due to the tyres), therefore your odometer will also be reading 9.3% low. Ie you've actually done about 10% more miles than indicated.
