Thought it might be, mine is also black with sand interior.

You can paint the leather ? I've been researching leather cleaners as I thought that was all you could do. I've already bought RR dust caps and have RR puddle lights on order to bling it up a bit. I don't want to go too far and end up with an underpigeon.

Yarp, if you have any cracks or scuffs you can normally repair them using the relevant dye, the link below has all the range rover colours including the sand and also good quality cleaners and restorers.
They also explain the procedure very well.
you can do a colour change but i used it to just touch up the scuffs
