How do I replace ERR7143!?

Hi
My 300TDi bent a pushrod. Currently inspecting the timing and the crank seal is leaking. I have a new ERR7143 seal from allmakes next to me, but the Haynes manual doesnt cover replacing it. It is the correct seal as it is a later 300. Will it pull out from the front or does the timing chest need to come off to replace it from behind?

I think Ive confused this a bit. Ive removed ERR4575. Does ERR7143 fit behind this? I dont see how ERR4575 could seal the crank as it doesnt even touch it?

thats the outer timing cover seal inner timing case crank seal is err4575

Okay thank you. So 4576 and 7143 are both outer seals? And 4575 is all that is needed to seal the crank oil leak?

yes it can be fitted when crank sprocket is removed
