How do I get more power!

The ERG org EGR has been blanked but still don't seem to have a great deal of power!
Can you put bigger injectors in as I done this with a t4 transporter and gained 50bhp app.
Its a ex military vehicle on a 04 plate and only 44.000 miles.
Its in mint condition but lacking a bit of power...
I have read a few of the tuning threads but can't find anything on putting bigger injectors in. Or would chipping it be enough.

Not 100% true a standard dewebbed de stressed manifold will do the job fine! 1 year on and the 110 is still good!

Oil is oil at the end of the day, fill with the right stuff and change it often.

I use a simple semi synth comma Xtech 5w/30, its changed every year/5k miles.

I believe it is better to change more often than use a pricey oil and change less often.

Fair enough if you guys use c3 oils that's you're choice... But never will my 2005 td5 see that stuff... In the UK it doesn't get cold enough or hot enough to justify anything other than 10w40 in this engine... My fathers td5 engine has done 100.000 hard farming miles on 10w40 and the cam lobes looked like new... If I lived in Norway I would opt for a 5w but not here... Mind you some places in Scotland get quite chilly

PD oils are all c3... It's not needed in a td5... The cams are much stronger on the td5 then they are the pd engine... One has to be mindful of oil pressure and 10w40 in a td5 is perfect at keeping things flowing... 5w30 was only put in place for fuel saving not long time engine reliability... I put 10w40 in my last td5 and after about 10.000 miles the engine ran so much nicer literally night and day difference
