Hose replacement help

Good evening,

I've inherited my parents Freelander TD4 2004 diesel auto. And one of the coolant hose has cracked, I understand that it's just general wear and tear, but trying to find a replacement for this hose has been the biggest pain. It's currently wrapped up with some heavy duty tape, and I top up the coolant each day as it drains daily.

I've added a photo of the hose that has cracked. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated
