Disco 1 Horn and Hazards

Hoping to sell my Disco soon, but I need to fix the horn, it doesn't work, what colour are the wires behind the steering wheel so I can short them out and see if thats the issues as I have had the push to bits and it has no power at the push so I assume its that ring thing that joins the push to the loom?
I have swapped the relay and its no different.
Hazards just don't work again can I short the switch and try to find whats wrong?

Just located the horn relay and I don't appear to have any power to it????
Assuming its the one in the passenger foot well first i a row of four one with purple and green connection same as horn?
I have checked the engine bay fuse its all ok

not sure where exactly in it you will find what you need but its prob in the RAVE software
