really needs another tag in front of outrigger and the one you did cut off and one made to go between bulkhead and outrigger(in space taken up by packing washers)

Modified them a bit now and took em off til Wednesday they are going for galv

Well you didn't put that originally did you :p most people just use tube instead of bar

A solid bar is EASIER to bend than a hollow tube. because area 1 is Zero. ... of the wall thickness or the ratio of the inner diameter to the outer diameter. ... but the hollow tube deflects less under the same load, than a solid bar.

I'd calculate the stress it'll take but I don't have my spec sheet on me, think steel is 200 GPa youngs mod but need the other values and formula too as I cant remember it off the top of my head
 
I'm sure I can either weld a new bit on if I do bend them but tbh don't plan on bending em there only steps for the mrs really
