Hmm no more O ring changes?

  Paul John Stanton Not heard of this before. I know its a faf changing the o rings but is this not a bit extreme?

  Ricardo Corvo I've done it on my P38 LHD, with Audi 100 heater core. 100% working no problems at all....the Audi heater don't use O'rings, so you just put the radiator in place (same size) and connect to the iron tubes....

The Audi heater core is connected with hoses and jubilee clips INSIDE the car. If a hose flies off behind the dash what are the consequences? ........Boiling hot water spraying everywhere?

The o-rings take 2 to 3 hours to do the first time. The second time round 1 hour maybe.

I think I will stick with o-rings. Haven't long done mine. Should last another 10 years.
