Im rebuilding a series 2, and have put on parabolic springs and the back end is far too high, the propshat is on its full stretch and wont turn, also the axle straps ar at least 6 inch of the holes!

Any suggestions?

hey, i have loosened the springs, and put some weight over the back end which has made it a bit closer, alsodoes any1 know if the axle strap[s are ment to be differnet lengths?

Yes, they are handed, presumably because the heaviest bit, the diff, isn't in the middle.

when you tighten the bolts up did you have it on the ground with an bit of weight in the back. also its an idea to drive them over a few bumps just settle every thing down. then leaving it sat on the deck tighten the ALL the bolts to spec torque
