Why is tyre wear a particular problem on a V8? Do peeps who own then do 4 wheel wheelspins all the time?

EDIT. now realising that your statement about tyre wear may be just coincidentally next to the thing about petrol consumption in a V8!

Just some newbies complain about mpg or the cost of servicing , replacing tyres etc without looking into it before buying a landy
