High and low linkage.

Hi all i have a series 3 landy with a 200tdi engine and a lt77 gear box.
I just been off road up sarn helen south wales and the linkage for high and low has snaped but the problem is that the pins that holds the linkage in are touching the gearbox when i try and push them out how do i get them all the way out??
Thanx for any helpfull advice
 
pin on hi/low lever you undo 4 bolts holding housing to box top and lift enough to get pin out ,t/box end undo the 6 bolts holding housing on and lift as other ,reseal with silicone

I was able to get it from underneath and i left the top one in place and just loosend the bottom one and undone the adjuster nut on the bottom end

Would it be possible to weld this or will it be best to get a new one?
