Hi

New to the board, just got myself a solid old Range Rover with a 200Tdi conversion and various mods -- will be used for an African trip next year as part of an organised rally with a charity component.

It's actually my first LR/RR, having had Jeeps, Mitsubishis and Toyotas (as well as normal cars) before... Very happy with it, just driven it down to my place in Spain (without a hitch apart from TWO punctures whilst fully loaded up, the 2nd one needing recovery..!!), I'll be interested to learn about expedition experiences, sand driving and tech advice/recommended preparations in the forums...
