I've just bought a 1998 discovery 300tdi safari... was going to be just a cheap truck to get me through the bad weather, but after reading up on a few things on here and looking around my new toy I'm really getting into it.

got a few things to sort out on it boot floor carpets are wet same with passenger foot well and damp on rear seats also now and again I am getting a drop or two of water from the manual winder for the sunroof, other then that it all seems ok there is 3 mud flaps missing will have to look further into this and the handbrake light stays on?

looking forward to working on it with help from this forum.

thanks' for looking.:)

ha-ha common thing then, lifted the carpet boot floor is already welded and is solid. my guess is both sunroofs are leaking, also most of the windows have condensation every morning not as yet switched my insurance over so a bit of time to try and rectify the problems. what landy do you own?

I got a disco 300 3.9 v8i LPG :) , mine was leaking in from front sunroof, bead of silicone between sunroof frame and roof solved the problem, along with cleaning the rubber seals, i would go for that first if i was you mate

Yeah i had to take headliner out not fun! cleaned out drain pipes , have to say that of some of the words worst design right there having drains go through the cab! But good luck
