Purchased in April 17 I have had to sort out a few niggles, seized n/s fr. caliper, 1x window regulator, rear door check arm & blanked off the EGR as well as removing/cleaning the plastic manifold it bolts to, removal no problem, cleaning it as anyone who's done it will know, is a pig of a job. I've never known anything so messy, mountains of the stuff ,not for the faint hearted. With new silicone intercooler hoses, oil & filter, air & pollen filters brake fluid changed it all seems to be going well.
Stuff to do, n/s fr. passenger door won't open with remote fob but it will lock ! rear diff. & auto. g/box oil to change, hand brake poor I have removed the hubs they aren't scored, shoes look good & there are no wheel cyl. leaks, are there better hubs and/or shoes out there? I've also noticed intermittent squeaks from the front suspension in this recent hot weather. So no complaints so far for a 13yr old veh. its good to drive & is averaging 35 m.p.g. Happy days.

my o/s front door lock motor packed up last week locked ok on fob. but needs key to unlock it.
so a second hand one went in and all fine now.
its a common thing to go on them.

Hello mate
Cheers for that, it's the only door card I haven't removed yet, drivers door card for dirty speaker connections, o/s passenger door card for the check arm & n/s rear door card for the window regulator, life is never that easy where all the problems could be on one door ! Hey ho. I'll get one on order. Thanks again.
Andy.
