Hi 10p to 15p

New to landy zone, but have read posts for a while which always seem very helpful and good information. I would be greatfully for some help on the below.
I have a x reg manual with a 10p engine running a msb101330 ecu. Engine is nackered,and am looking at putting a 15p engine in. Is there any reason this would not work. Engine I have found has only covered 42k with service history and comes with injectors etc as I believe they are different to a 10p. Think I many have to get a ecu "nnn" but not sure, if so would it just be a case of plugging this in and just recoding the injectors. Or would this effect things like alarm and immoblizer. Any help or info would be greatfully received.

Took head off today and pressure test again. As I only rebuild 2 months ago, and found liner in no 4 had two massive cracks in it. They was not there 1k ago.
