Hey, new here! Any advice would be nice

Hey everyone, I'm new here and currently not a land rover owner but hopefully that's soon to change . I'm looking at a 1984 land rover 90 so if anyone has something similar and can offer some advice when it inevitably needs work that'd be great! Thanks all
