No connectors are on properly ! when I said last month it was really about 6 months ago ! have checked the fuse box and you were right one of the relays was burnt, I replaced it and hey presto blower working again and also the noise from the drivers side blend motor is back :-(

If you have a clicking noise from drivers side you need to look at the blend motors maybe one has lost a tooth from a gear. More than likely distribution motor. Distribution flaps tend to seize up.
