Bought leather interior for disco 300tdi,it has electric seats,can i run power to them or better trying to change them to manually adjusting seats ?

Have a look under the carpet beneath the seats you might find the wiring is already there or behind the centre console window switch panel as there is a host of spare cables and connectors hidden in there.

just get the wiring diagram for the lecky seats & work from that (if the wiring's not already there) - should be on the rave cd (tis on my TD5 anyway)
