We are! Though i was more than half expecting to shout for help from a remote country road somewhere in cambridgeshire, after we found the A1 was closed and had to take a detour down some dark winding roads, with an increasingly clanky gearbox....

Well you had a closed M1 as well... thats where the fun started.
The diversion route for that little disaster went past my front door. It's been an interesting evening in my village. Only took me 3 hours to get home with a bit of cross countrying!

Just been on to my local 4x4 garage, he says he might have a 2nd hand TC. If so he would fit it for £300+vat + whatever he charges for the TC. He can't fit me in for over a week though.
