lol sorry about that i did re-write it, but i guess the same mess stayed on there!
When i turn my RR off it slumps more at the rear then at the front, this is on the lowest setting! (EAS) I heard a hissing noise from the rear right handside and upon starting the car again it takes longer then usual to re-postion its self on the normal driving postion!

Hi Bill,

Hope i'm not breaking any rules by directing you to another site but i've just found this link which might give you some clues:

http://www.rangerovers.net/repairdetails/airsuspension/

Also try posting the RR Forum on this site, there's a lot of knowledgeable people around that may not have seen this post that can help you.

As a series 3 owner, my solution would be to replace all your suspension with leaf springs!! hmmm - maybe not.

Good luck - Bob.

Hi
Thank you for the info, it was the air spring confirmed by my local garage! so i bought one on ebay for £62 an original, so im going to attempt to replace it on the weekend! ive been told that it relativley easy. so heres hoping! :)

Good you got the problem found, hope the replacement goes in well.

Use the Range Rover forum and you will get a more replys, I have been about for a while and this is the first time I have ever come into this particular forum.
