help with rear windows.

Hello to you all

I really need to fit some windows in to the sides of my 110 so if anyone has a 110 with windows like the one in the photo could you please let me know.

I live in derby and would like to come and measure up where they go or if you are handy with a tape measure i would appreciate some dimensions of the size of the windows and where they sit in the panel

Have you considered the masai ones? They look really good, not cheap though

they don't do that style. i like the look of the 2 small windows.

I have rear windows in the back of my 90, 2 pieces of laminated glass with a piece of 6/1.6 7mm web WR65 seal:

I gave my local glazing workshop a cardboard template and they cut me two side windows and 2 rear quarter windows for £24.

As for the supports for the hard top, these had already been moved in mine as I already had windows but they opened and rattled and leaked and I just wanted plain and simple glass. They are not hard to move, (if you need to) drill out the rivets and move them to a new location to keep some rigidity.

I think you could position those bloody close to the position on that photo without measuring another vehicle. You can make them any size or shape you want within reason. I would suggest getting some card, make up a template for the glass and experiment with location and size and stick it onto your Landy. It looks to me like they are equidistant from each end of the side panel and the gap between them is centred on the middle of the panel, as for height they have gone as close as they can to the top without interfering with the structure at the top of the panel and then down a little to allow room to work on the seal. Once you have the glass template get 4 of them cut and then cut your aperture out of the panel plus the thickness of the web of the seal plus about 0.5-1mm - so in the case of the seal I mentioned about 7/8mm. If it is too tight you can always file a little more off.

Buy the filler trip tool - it makes life so much easier and they can be got for £12 on eBay.
