can anyone tell me what taxation class my series 3 88" should be

ie: plg private light goods

commercial agricultural or what

its typical id spend 2 hours on google looking for the answet to this and keep getting shunted to sights that are trying to sell cars rather than just a straight answer

can anyone help me please as all i want to do is ammend the mistake on the reg application form and fire it back at the dvla

many thanks in advance :cool::cool::cool:

plg covers you fine from a car up to 3.5t commercial or 7.5t private (more for motorhomes possibly though very grey area) registered before 2001

Is this the first time it's been registered in which case there's all the bollox about low-emissions...

i been on the fone to the dvla and they have given me some info on the landy

according to them the last time it was registered was in 1986 when it vanished off the radar
they also said its not a historic taxation class and they helped me over the fone to fill in the form correctly

only problem is ive got to do the whole filling in the form thing again coz i posted it then got home to see the fukkin postal order sat on the mantle piece staring me in the face :mad: :doh::doh:

It won't be on historic class as it has not been registered in that time, If it qualifies as tax free (dont know what info you got from Gaydon) then you have to change it at a dvla office from PLG which is what it is to historic.

You can get it all done at the DVLA office, there is one round the corner from Old Trafford ground.
