The £420 has been refunded by the Debit Card company (HBOS). So thats defiantly a route worth going down.
This is a nice result for me in a pretty tight time.
I've learnt a lot of lessons from this whole experience.

banks wont lose money if they can help it ,ive had several letters telling me theyve just taken back several hundred pounds,when supposed stolen cards etc are used to pay for goods eventhough banks approve transaction
