Can someone help me with timing marks please. I`m doing my injector seals & following the d2 forum guide in wich they show 2 coloured links & say there are slots at the back of sprocket. I have the slot at the front of the sprocket & the 2 bronzey coloured links in 2 different places. Could it be because i had the engine rebuilt they are not lined up right . The 2 coloured links are at about 2`o`clock position when the first injector lobe rises to its highest point. Should I just stick the timing pin in as soon as the 1st injector lobes reaches its highest point.
P.s I did a quick search & am just going to check the thread I found, that states you can see the no`s on the back of the pulley for each lobes highest point. I just need re-assurance as I dont want to bugger something up.
