My Freelander has started to kind of beat, the engine revs up and down like a heart beat and this causes the car to constantly rock back and forth when sitting at lights etc. Its becoming a pain in the ass has anyone got any suggestions of what it could be? the revs only increase by about 100rpm.:kettlepot:

This is usually what happens right before the doors fall off. Put some gaffa tape on them and climb in through the window and see if the problem is still there.
