So have a series 2 td5. Been driving fine. Suddenly decides its going to chuck out all its coolant and black smoke out the exhaust. Car turns over but won't fire up after replacing water etc. Any suggestions, it's on the side of the road aswe speak? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like it could be the head gasket. If its chucked the coolant out that usually means recovery.
