HELP PLEASE, changing auto box on p38 2.5 derv

Hi just a quick 1, am changing the box in my p38 2.5, mine is a 99 plate and doesn't have the dipstick under bonnet but the box I have found out of 98 plate does, any one no if it will still fit in mine, found a really cheap box so am hoping so : )

yes, they are the same box they are just fitted with a different sump 1 for with dipstick and 1 without
