Help needed 2006 Range Rover sport

Hi all

i am looking at buying this vehicle any thoughts, please. I had a range rover sport hse before. Is there anything i should look out for.

Looks like a fair price - especially at this time of year.
Check if it had the oil pump upgraded (later style) when the belts were done. They have a habit of the casing cracking, taking out the timing belt tensioner & wrecking the engine. EPB can be troubesome so check it's working ok - no nasty noises when engaged / rear wheels not getting hot. Floor it up a hill to check fuel pumps / turbo are ok & it doesnt go into limp mode.iid BT tool is best for diagnostics.

I'm definitely getting cynical in my old age . First ever post , had a sport before, so knows the vehicle, lives in London , sticking up an advert for a vehicle for sale in the London area, under the guise of what do people think. Perhaps the Mods should be removing the advert. That way if he's genuine he can come back with real questions.

nope ur not being cynical at all, suprising how many spam posts get put into questions , lol

or u spend time helping out a newbie and don’t even get a thank u or never seen again, sometimes , only post when something goes wrong , post then left open as there’s no update
