Help Me!

Pleaseeeeeeeeee, I am a newbie, so be gentle with me, we are contemplating buying a Range Rover 2.5 , Auto P reg, its up for 4.500.
A friend has said be very careful with 120.000 miles on the clock, and although it seems a good car I now am confused.
It has a fsh with Hunters and Guy Salmon, is there anything spesific we need to look out for, he needs a decision,
