Can anyone help please?

I've just registered as a new member and for some reason I'm called "Gillian Burton" - that's not me! I'm actually Steve Smith.

Can my name be changed to my actual name?? I've heard Johnny Cash, Boy Named Sue , but this is embarrassing, lol

Its a right of passage on here, just get your tits out for the boys and be done with it.

Don't worry 'Steve' gurls is allowed. Name changes aren't possible for a host of ethical and moral reasons that became apparent after the 'Josephine Martin' episode :confused:

You could try dropping the I, and tell people you were named because your parent were great fans of Deep Purple! :)

Gillian Burton instead of Steve Smith is quite a big typo, even by LZ standards! :confused:

If you are the Steve Smith that is Australian cricket captain, well done, I am a great admirer of your batting! :cool:

But, i feel I must concur with @Turboman , above.....how did you type in "Gillian Burton" - :confused: IF your name is something else ?:eek:o_O:rolleyes:

If I had to stand in front of a bloke that wonted to knock mi head off with a red ball do'in 100mph I'd wont to shoot the bugger first !:p:p

That could be right, autofill and spellchecker seem to create some interesting confusion on lz! :)

Just as a suggestion, it is supposed to be better for security not to use your real names on forums etc.

Try making up something stupid like the rest of us did! ;) :D

You get used to it after while! :)

Its not good to aim for the head nowadays, only one above shoulder height in an over under modern regs.! ;)

Lifting off just short of a length into the chest and throat area produces better results! :eek: :D
