Help - freelander gear selection problems

Hi, new to all this but looking for some advice. Just had manual 56 plate freelander serviced last week and since then selection of gears has become increasingly difficult. Clutch pedal returning ok so suspect gearbox lubrication - barking up the wrong tree? Seems to get worse after long drive (e.g circa 200 miles) so could it be something to do with temperature effecting lubrication performance?

Try and bleed the clutch before doing anything elce mate. I done mine last weekend, I didn't think it made a difference, but driving it today it feels slot smoother between changes and the clutch pedal now bites about 1inch huger than at the weekend.
