Well youre now gonna get blitzed by all the peeps that work for ins/companys, try the internet,[got problems wiv ya motor by any chance]. . .:D

thanks ming, but i am afraid it doesn't help a lot to get on the web, I tried before and the fact that i am new in the country is not easy as well!!!
Any way i am desperately waiting for better sign pleaaaaase :D

I'm insured with The AA. Have a 2.5 litre V6 Freelander, 2000 model, I'm 34, the wife is 27, insured for business use, 4 years no claims, costs me £450 for the year, fully comp. I was surprised at how cheap it was.

You have to watch what you do with some of these quotes tho, I even nudged the voluntary excess up to £350 to see what the difference would be in premiums, All looked great till i found the bit about the compulsory excess,£400 worth, So check before u find out the hard way (kin burglars the lot of em)

First Alternative i find are unbeatable, my wife who is 26, pays £310 fully comp with me added to it at age 35, this also includes business use.

Beat that on the Wifes age against mine :D
