Help - find my exhaust

Hello all, long time lurker, first time poster. Need a wee bit of help after a fruitless search of here and the wider web.

90's tailpipe has given up the ghost. Car is a G-reg with a 300tdi fitted - chassis number FAXXXXXX.

Rear tailpipe has rusted through - ideally I'd switch out the centre silencer for a straight pipe too, but struggling to find what I require with the three bolt flange, rather than the two bolt, and with no rear mufflers as there currently aren't. Would rather retain the side exit behind the rear wheel where it currently sits, and obviously the clearance over the rear axle. Anybody have any idea as to where I should be looking? All later 300tdi options appear to have the two bolt flanges, and I can't find the tailpipe I'm currently running anywhere...

That looks like the one I have on my 1989 110 2.5 NA.
For some reason we use expansion boxes and silencers over here in the UK, as we are not quite a Septic state yet!!
