Help and advice on a Disco 1 300tdi MOT failure

Help required with my 1998 Disco 1 300tdi - MOT failure - chassis rust mainly.
Is there any land rover mechanic/welder with garage in the corby - peterborough region who could help advise me on whether on potential costs to fix?

I have a notion to learn welding but would like to do it with someone who knows how to do these things properly.
