Evening, Everyone.

I've just joined this forum as I am now a committed Defender owner and felt that rather than just browsing the forum, I should join and introduce myself.

I own a 1993 90 200 tdi and am very much enjoying learning my way around it. It is my daily drive, both on and off road. I have just about got it on the straight and narrow and love having a car I can work on myself. This forum has proved invaluable in helping me to do this.

All the best,

Dom

Here you go! Thanks for the welcome.

Blimey,

That looks like a real clean, original 200tdi. Not a lot of them about.

Very Puuurrtttyyyy...........................:D:D

Cheers

Thank you. I wanted one that had not been messed around and am really pleased with it. I have tried to keep everything original, but have added side runners, albeit LR ones. Also, it had to be green!

Not long now and you could flog it to an Yank!! will soon be over the 25 Year ruling.

I can see a lot of good original ones heading that way soon.

Cheers

It will be interesting to see how values develop, now that production has been over for a year. However, the only reason I'd sell is to get an even nicer one.

Yes, I'd rather risk a daft question that resulted in an answer, even if the response is couched in ridicule. As a teacher, I know that we all have to start somewhere. In my case, it's particularly near the bottom of the Defender learning curve....
