The members of the forum are getting fed up with rip off merchants joining the forum purely to sell their over priced tat or taking their money and running without sending the goods. For this reason there is a minimum post count requirement before tat can be peddled.

Nope. I don't believe he joined the forum purely to peddle tat. If he'd've done that the anti-tat filter woulda stopped him dead and he'd most likely've then asked why he couldn't peddle said tat.
