Hi everyone. I’m a new member introducing myself. Ex military with mixed memories of military Land Rovers from Ser 2 up to WOLF/WMIK, One Tonners and everything in between. Strangely after cursing them for my whole military career and wishing we had Humvees (or at least something with half decent protection and suspension softer than granite) I now find myself owning two of the ugly uncomfortable unreliable sheds known as Land Rovers and weirdly in love with them. Lenny the Land Rover is 47 and a Ser 3, the Beast is a Puma 110 SW with the turning circle of the Ark Royal and nuclear powered heated seats that are hot enough to fry an egg but I love them both. I’m looking forward to seeing what’s what, picking up some tips and maybe contributing in some small way. Cheers and nice to be here.
