Ive perused the forum a fair bit recently..

Ive always loved range rovers. A late classic is my ideal stead. My uncle has a lovely P38 diesel which he has owned for the last 8 years and I am hoping to relieve him of it in the next few months.

Im looking forward to sharing the experience and shouting for help when stuck!

:)

He is a mechanic by trade and has never had a single major problem with it. No EAS issues, oil changed every 3000 miles and it has wanted for nothing..

I am therefore hoping it should be reasonably painless!

I am well aware of the many many MANY issues they can have so I am not going in with eyes closed... Squinted perhaps but not closed..

:welcome2: ha ha ha doesnt mean anything we got a p38 2.5d which has for some reason just started doing its own thing lol, came out the other day to find the sunroof open in the pouring rain, lol but they are nice when they go right but give me a classic anyday.. have fun with it
