Thank you, The main aim was to actually introduce myself, I do agree that I came across as spammy, but I would rather be downright honest, then say "hey surprise im actually a trader" later on down the line.

Hmm, nice try.

Unfortunately, we get a lot of one post wonders who come on and announce themselves "I sell this stuff, look on my website here.."

they are met with indignation, scorn and harsh rispostes
 
Yes i have a series 2 Long Wheel Base 109" in military green.

My love for land rovers spawned my business that has caused this problem.

My post has only stated i own a business in the same way i would introduce my self as a lawyer or a dentist i have not put any links up or attempted to sell anything i simply joined this forum because i would like to talk to like minded people.

I have also contacted the webmasters to become a sponsor, I am surprised there are not more people who have donated, at £5 a year I believe its a very worthy cause!

It's an exceptionally worth cause!! If you check out some of the rescue threads you will soon see why. The spirit of this forum is second to none!
That's kinda why we are all so introverted and protective :)
