My passion and my project is a 2009 Land Rover Range Rover HSE 4.4 L naturally aspirated .
Retired attorney with time and a few resources .
I love to have the Land Rover operating flawlessly of course . Hope to share and exchange ideas about how best to accomplish same .
Look forward to any and all communications .

No good pics at the moment . Will correct that ASAP .

Brief descriptio: white , almost flawless , 22 inch rims sunroof .
Might be heresy , but I will upgrade headlights and grill to 2016 model . We'll also add side cladding and trim pieces and taillights from 2016 HSE .
Ayling a bit at the moment because I unbolted the left height sensor . Did not know that meant dealer recalibration required .

Live and learn!

Houston always has problems . We have hurricanes , floods , illegal immigrants from both Mexico and Louisiana . Both are a problem at times .

Seriously, I am very appreciati of the communication and responsiveness of this forum .
Love you all

Suspension problem began just today. I have not visited the dealers in Houston for correction of the problem .
Plan to buy an Iland diagnostic device immediately . That should help cure many of the problems I am facing at the moment .
Had no idea that simply unbolting the left front height sensor would throw off the suspension totally . As we say …
Live and learn!
Thanks to all

Hell being a lawyer he should be able to buy a new 1. Them lawyers are millionaire here in the USA. The Sue me capital of the world. You win and I get 40%.:p

Hi mate

Oh I know , when I was paying for my work visa they certainly knew how to try it on by adding things to increase the bill at every chance they had

But I questioned every single charge

when I started working in the states my god I soon started to release how quickly people sued , the company I worked for told me there liability insurance was astronomical because of this

This is a family project. We are enjoying it so far

That’s such an awesome thing to do, inc having those wondering family memories

Plse don’t forget some piccies of the rangie

Don’t forget post over in the Range Rover section with any questions u may have , more people who know these considerably better can then offer help

You know , I have been involved in forums (fora) before . Never have I seen such friendliness and willingness to communicate .
I've been a little overwhelmed lately . But I feel it my duty to take some pictures as things progress

The vast majority of people of people on here are great, very welcoming. It's not just Land Rovers here, the anything goes section is always good too.

As it's a bit of a project, why not maybe make a thread in the project section so that you can log the progress that's made?

Indeed ur find this forum extremely friendly and helpful, is like a large dysfunctional family, lol

Here’s my D3 , bought it as a project 2 x years ago, have virtually torn the thing apart , just got a few bits left to do, after rebuilding suspension, airbag system etc , its been well worth it as I really like it

Look forward to the rangie pics plse

I've still got a way with my series. Mechanically done, the water pump and fuel tank are replaced. Just some cracks in the body work, an oil leak (which i'll be making a thread about as there's two locations...) and undoing some of the absolutely piss crazy sealing jobs the PO did to her.
