I need to get out more and learn about the technicalities of biscuit and cakes. Maybe there's a degree course I could do at university.

Dunt think there's one that'll help if ya dunt know the difference between a hobnob n a flapjack.

I think ya needs a basic cookery course first then work ya way upto degree level
