Hello everyone, just a quick hello. Looking to get into off roading and looking for advice on a decent vehicle for a start off!

Anyone local to me??

Hi Dude.
I'm in Inverness area too. Just got a RR P38. Not the best one out there. But it goes, sometimes. Had a couple of Discos. One sorted for offroading, lift, big tyres, high arches, etc. Loads of fun. Someone suggested a 90 which are great but hold their price. You could get a really cheap Disco to start. Easy to work on if you have to (which you will cos it's a landrover) and loads of parts & mods available.

Geez a shout if you wanna go offroading. Better with more vehicles if you get stuck. Needing new tyre first tho.

You could always try the 4x4 experience at Farr. Some of the guys at my work go there. Not been myself yet tho. Use theirs or take ur own. You could try a disco there.

I'm rambling but it's just me putting off fixing my RR electrical problem. Bloody RR's.

Cheers Dude.

Im getting the 90 on saturday. I think it will be more than suitable for me as a beginner. Ill be going straight up to farr to try in out the following weekend I think.

I :lvhearts-151: my 90 sooooooooooooooooo much, her name is Tilly (or Matilda if she is misbehaving) only had her about a month now and had lots of teathing problems but the best vehicle I have ever had by far. By the way, my dad lives near Turriff so know your neck of the woods quite well.
