New to both Land Rovers and Landyzone, I have a 1979 Series 3 with a 200di engine in it, I bought it after reading a description saying " I will say that this Land Rover has been fully rebuilt" err No, so far I have found that it will need a new clutch master and slave cylinder, it is using about half the reservoir a day,the temp gauge does not work, a tiny chip in the back hardtop rear window now extends all the way across, the rear off side tyre has a very fast slow puncture and the lights do not work, possibly due to the wiring being burnt and melted just before it goes into the O/S wing.
I do hope the local Council feel very proud of themselves as it smashes over the speed humps at 8mph,jarring my back and landy to the bone.
Oh well not a good experience within the first couple of days, hope I learn to love her.

If you hang around here, your Land Rover experience will get much worse.

You can not say things like that, I work as a Safety advisor at JLR Solihull stripping out the Defender line, quality product from the beginning;)
