I really don't know how to create new posts at the fórum, but I really need ur help!
I have a 2001 P38, and as I live in Brazil there are very few people who know how to fix it.
The problem is that i have locking problems on my car and no one knows what is happening...The doors used to lock and unlock all the time and alone...Now the passenger door and tailgate locked and I can't unlock they anyway...
Do you know what may be happening?

Usually this is caused by the front right (passenger) door lock being faulty.

Change this first and it might also cure the tailgate issue as the tailgate lock is fed from the front right door latch.

This will give you an idea of cost:

Front Door Latch Assy LHD RH 01-02 FQJ103280 Island 4x4 - Specialists in Land Rover and Range Rover Parts and accessories for all models. UK and worldwide mail order.

It's the left front door lock on LHD. A fault RF lock receiver can aslo cause problems as can the button for the tailgate.

I always thought that the tailgate lock was controlled from the front RH latch regardless of the position of the steering wheel.

Not unless the key stays on the RH side methinks. But you could be right, I'd need to look at RAVE to be sure.

There are two more problems,
the car opens and closes the door all the time and alone, and when I lock it with the key, the alarm turns on, and when I unlock the alarm doesn't turn off!
can you help me?

The opening and closing is the faulty latch.

Not sure about the alarm, but it might also be caused by the latch.

Change the front right hand latch and see what happens.
