Hello I have been a long time reader of the forum but have never posted before. I have owned 2 Land Rovers, the first was a Series 3 Lightweight and now a 110 van converted by myself into a simple camper.

I have a question about a supplier not delivering an item and who now seems unavailable via telephone or email. With current uncertainty in the world especially for small businesses I am keen not to jump to conclusions, but any advice would be super and any advice wether I should name the supplier as this might help them get in contact with me of me them would be useful.

Hopefully you paid by credit card?

Thanks for the speedy reply. There are a few threads mentioning the company, but nothing recent, the most recent thread I can see is from 2017. I am not on social media, but I can see a post on their Facebook from early June and I had a repose to a email in late April, I have sent a number of emails since with no reply. Their website is still active but the numbers no longer work. The item was something bespoke and welded up for me and I understand it was complete and ready for delivery, as it is a sizeable item and semi bespoke, I paid out a fee when ordering the item (I must say I would prefer the item over the money back). The company are small but a limited company non the less and as far as I know have a solid reputation in the 4x4 world.

Personally I'd ring my credit card company and explain it to them, that'll refund it for you. That's why I tend to pay for stuff using a credit card or PayPal cos it makes life simpler if something goes wrong.

Thanks Marmaduke, I will start looking into this.

In the mean time, I am hopeful the company have not disappeared as the products they were producing were of good quality and were in high demand.
