Hi everyone. Please excuse the username as this is the account I already had when I had my Disco. Now I'm on here representing the Emergency Services Aid Charity. A charity made up of volunteers from the Police, Fire and Ambulance services in the UK and the International Police Association worldwide.
Our charity mission is to provide emergency services vehicles to the places in the world that need them the most. This year it's The Gambia who are desperate for ambulances, patient transfer vehicles and fire appliances.
We recently picked up a couple of interesting vehicles. One is a TACR2 (an MOD Carmichael Fire Appliance) and a 110 Defender Crash Rescue vehicle. Both bought from the Yorkshire Air Museum who had them as their operational Crash Recue and Response vehicles until about a month ago.
I'm raising money, equipment, supplies, and vehicles for the charity mission, as well as driving a Fire Appliance from North Wales to The Gambia. I'm also prepping the 110 for the journey so will likely call upon you kind people for support and guidance.
At the Wrexham Heroes Day raising money and support.
